Check marks and little helpers

Toilets, check.
Sinks, check.
Kitchen faucet, check.
Girls' bath light fixture for shower/toilet area, check.

3 painted bedrooms x 2 coats each, check.
Hallway painted 2 coats, check.
Closets...ugh. I got one more coat of the biggest closet accomplished last night. That's 4 down, 6 to go.

Still have to paint the bathrooms and finish the closets and then we will be ready to dive into Baseboard And Trim Land.

Still need vanity pulls/knobs, stair carpet, and the girls bath paint color (we changed our minds about what we had originally selected).

Tile installer will apparently be ready for us by the weekend, but I'm not sure we're gonna make it.  Before he arrives we need the bathroom door frame trim installed and painted, bathroom walls painted, and a coat of poly on the vanities. We'll see...

Contractor was back today. He's going to be raising our showerhead plumbing, installing the behind-the-wall rough-in pieces for the new shower/bath fixtures, installing all the cement board in the showers, taking care of a couple drywall patches, and helping us out by hanging all three ceiling fans. We're capable of that last one, but decided to be nice and "allow" him to take it off our list. :)

Right before bed, miss A got in on some of the painting action last night. This is a wall in what will be the nursery, her sister's room. Aww. Can't wait to tell little sister someday that big sister had a hand in renovating her room.
She totally took a hold of it!
Pretend that you don't notice she's wearing her Christmas jammies. #laundryday
Right after these photos she unexpectedly shot up out of N's lap, lost her balance, and both hands and one foot ended up touching the wet paint. I went up to tuck her in late last night and almost laughed outloud at her paint smeared feet. Welcome to the club, little one. Let me know when you have paint in your hair and under your fingernails too, mmkay?
